If the user is found involved in any of the activities mentioned above, he or she will be banned and strict legal action will be taken against him or her. 

We ensure you that we always respect our user privacy above anything else and never share their data with anyone else. However, if the relevant court of justice demands it from us based on any kind of suspicion or evidence, we may be forced to disclose the data.
