Terms and Conditions for iShield

Welcome to iShield. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iShield mobile application (“App”) operated by Pinata Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using iShield, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
iShield is provided to help protect, monitor, and optimize your iPhone’s performance and privacy. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or with other users’ enjoyment of the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of iShield complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use iShield for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Apple device. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our written permission.
All rights, title, and interest in iShield and its content remain the property of Pinata Technologies or its licensors.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other intellectual property appearing in iShield are owned or licensed by Pinata Technologies. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the App’s content except as permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of iShield may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund policies.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using iShield, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
iShield is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that iShield will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinata Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use iShield.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for data loss, device malfunction, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any associated information. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack iShield or its systems.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iShield at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we consider harmful or unlawful. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
10. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of iShield at any time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. We are not obligated to provide prior notice of such changes. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
